Great tour leader who went the extra mile

Rene was absolutely brilliant explaining how the Northern Lights occur. They went to huge trouble to find an area without cloud cover so that we actually saw them

Terrible Company - DON'T BOOK ON

Grey line abandoned me at one location. Bus literally drove off without me. Customer support were not sympathetic at all

Thank you for taking the time in writing us about your experience with us. We are sorry to hear about this inconvenience. I can see that our team has already been in touch with you over email. The bus left Geysir premises on time and with all the other customers on board. After reaching the next destination, which was just a short driver away, the bus returned to pick you up and continue the tour. We need our customers to be ready in time at the bus when leaving the site in order to make sure the tour is happening in a good manner. If these situation however do occur, we make sure that our customers are being picked up and we never leave anyone behind! We hope that despite this incident you still enjoyed the tour with us!
