Thank you for sharing this feedback and I am sorry to hear that your delivery did not match the service you had received when ordering. We use a national carrier for deliveries and it is disappointing when a driver's attitude lets us down. I will ensure your comments are passed on.

How frustrating that you did not get a call as promised. I have checked the despatch documents and it clearly states that a call to either your landline or mobile was required 20 minutes in advance. In spite of this, thank you for sharing your experience and 5 star rating.
