Easily purchased my tickets but it takes time to send my e-ticket .I need to email first before my e-ticket was sent to me.

Great experience!
This is my 3rd or maybe 2nd flight bookings which i had a very excellent experience customer service and managed to get brilliant deals from the airlines which i normally book for my flights to go...

Online booking was quick and easy and altogether smooth.
However when I had to phone and speak to customer services about my ticket and bags..
I received conflicting and confusing information.
