Hidden charges for baggage then want £90 per person for a suitcase £270
Make baggage charges more clear it is deceptive. To say this is clearly displayed it isn’t. Then to charge £90 each person is scandalous, especially when only requesting 2 cases to be told everyone...

Good price for business class to USA
Very pleased with the price and the ease of booking.

3 starts are even too much!
at first I thought this is good and fair price when booked, but after that I was charged extra 130 GBP to have my luggage checked in! i think they could have been more honest during the payment...
