Service in uk was perfect but, unfortunately, the bank in USA held to the fund for few days and required few phone calls to release the funds

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to hear the service provided by Global Reach in the UK was good. Unfortunately, once we have released the payment we are not in control of funds being held for checks, that would be down to the beneficiary bank. Please could you let us know how we could improve our services to a 5 star rating? Kind regards, Global Reach Group

I agree completely that what has happened was solely to the action of the USA bank. May be you could emphasis to them that the funds need to be released as soon as possible Regards R Amiri
