Thank you for your feedback, it is a shame to hear that you didn't like the aircraft configuration and felt cramped on-board with our partners at Smartwings. Unfortunately due to the distance from the Isle of Man to Tenerife it isn't possible to use the BA CityFlyer aircraft but I will pass your comments on to the relevant people. Should you wish to travel with us at FlyDirect on a summer route, we are still in partnership with BA CityFlyer and their comfortable Embraer E190 jet aircraft.

Isle of Man direct flight

Great service , only problem is the late arrival and very early return flights you essentially loose a day of your holiday.

Another great experience using Flydirect

Always good - easy to book online. Although flights often leave late - generally they make up the time - although not on our flight to Tenerife on 1st Nov

Thank you for your feedback we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your FlyDirect experience and that you choose to travel with us. We are sorry that you experienced a small 30 minute delay in your outbound journey, this was due to the delay of the northbound aircraft and the time it took to load/unload in Jersey.

COSTA DEL SOLĎalšie recenzie tohto produktuPrezrieť internetové stránky o produkteMore convenient to fly direct from Jersey as it saves taking flights to and having to stay overnight in Gatwick. No stress when it comes to luggage as the flight includes your allowance.

TENERIFEĎalšie recenzie tohto produktuPrezrieť internetové stránky o produkteUsual excellent service - direct flights are so convenient. Be nice if flight from Tenerife back to Jersey was a bit later to avoid getting to the airport just after 7.00am !!

Gara Suites Golf & SĎalšie recenzie tohto produktuPrezrieť internetové stránky o produkteGood, comfortable hotel. Well appointed with good pool areas and dining facilities. A bit isolated from the main tourist areas - a long walk or taxi required to get there if required.
