Čo povedal/-a Miss H Jones o spoločnosti FlyDirect:

Direct holidays from the Isle of Man are the way to go.

The booking system from start to finish was effortless. Our direct holiday from the Isle of Man to Majorca was really good. The flight was comfortable, the transfers were a bit on the slow side and...

Čo povedal/-a Mrs Z Preston o spoločnosti FlyDirect:

I wish there was more direct flights to different destinations. The Iom airport is a disgrace ( like a third world country) but it was so easy at the other end. Fabulous holiday after 3 long years

Great service, the only problem is that a 7:30 flight from palma T’s too early, if it wasn’t for this it would be a 5 star review.

Thank you for your review. When clients book their holiday know the flight times, so it is not a surprise the return flight is early. However, we are looking into it for next programmes :)

Thank you for you review. We are happy to hear that your booking experience was easy and that your holiday unfolded well. With regards to the on board service, the challenges faced by airports everywhere this summer have led us to take the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Looking forward to seeing you again in September!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you weren't aware of the Tourist Tax in the Balearic Islands. This has been in place for some years now and is detailed fully on our website. A majority of hotels and restaurants in Spain have now moved to a QR code system to reduce touch points post Covid, but this is not the kind of information that is communicated to operators. They should however have been able to provide hard copy menus and details if required, and I'm sorry if this was not the case. Room requests are passed on to the hotel however cannot be guaranteed. We do hope these issues don't prevent you from travelling with us again in the future.
