Thanks for your feedback and sorry about the traffic issue. As discussed on the phone, the busy roads are thought to be a temporary issue while the local authorities strive to complete works prior to a June deadline.

Thanks for the review Rick, we're glad you enjoyed your cycling holiday on Menorca.

Thanks for the positive review David. Point taken regarding the written directions and we're liaising with our local supplier on this.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your feedback. We've had a few comments regarding busy roads from customers who travelled this route in May. On further investigation we've learnt that extensive roadworks are the cause of the issue as contractors hustle to complete works before a summer ban comes in to play in June. Also, following your comments our local supplier is reviewing the visibility of the turn stickers along the route.

Many thanks for the positive review of this popular cycling holiday in southern Italy.

Thanks for the feedback. We're looking into the directions leaving Arezzo issue and will try to improve them.

Many thanks for your detailed feedback. It was good to speak to you on the phone about all of this and we are glad to have resolved this situation to your satisfaction.

We really appreciate the detailed review Philip and look forward to helping you with next year's bike and boat adventure.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your cycling holiday on Menorca and am very sorry for the administration errors prior to travel - I'm glad to hear we were able to sort these to your satisfaction in the end though. Following your feedback, we're reviewing our guide notes for this trip with our local supplier with a view to improving them for future customers. We'll also monitor feedback from future customers regarding the level of difficulty as this is the first time this has been flagged as an issue.
