Thankyou for sending me a package containing Sequin Mesh 5 Metre Rolls - Gold Twin Pack that I ordered at the weekend.
Unfortunately it differs from the product shown on your website, as it has heart-shaped holes as opposed to the standard round holes - which is what I require.

I did check especially that there was no warning that goods purchased may differ from the illustration, and found none.
Do you have the product illustrated above and on your website in stock?

We have checked our email records for the date specified but still cannot find your message, which will explain why you had not been contacted back before your review. This might have something to do with the server that processes our emails but this is the only occasion this has happened.
All of the Sequin Mesh is supposed to have round holes, as advertised, and we are dismayed to find out that this was not the case in your order. We have contacted the manufacturer and will contact you as soon as we have a satisfactory answer. In the meantime if you return any unwanted items unopened in the original packaging, even though it is over the standard 7 days, we will offer a full refund.

It's been a fortnight: Have you received a satisfactory answer from your manufacturer yet?
I am sorry to hear about your server, but how can you know this is the only occasion that this has happened - perhaps I am just the first person to complain..
Unfortunately I don't think your standard 7 day return policy is relevant in this case as you sent me the wrong item.
Under the Distance Selling Act you can't make a refund conditional on the return of missold goods. The buyer is entitled to a refund and entitled to keep the goods in a reasonable condition until they are collected by the buyer at a mutually agreed time.

Excellent service. They called to say delivery has been slightly delayed and by way of compensation sent me a rollerball refil without charge. Will definately use them again.
