It was so good and usable for me

I received a quote for half of Ffw premium, and was told it could not be matched or better. Very disappointed, as I would have preferred to be with FFW, also, I can get the home contents without...

they offered me what i needed as a pensioner.Their expertise and knowledge on their products excellent.The only problem i have at the moment i cannot download their app on my phone.

I was thankful for the constant feedback and updates on my claim. That was the most important thing to me. Thank you!

Great Service, a few to many phone calls to upsell, but I guess its better than never speaking to my provider.

The access money is too much

So far I've been getting the best service..i wish though they can stop transferring calls where you have to repeat yourself...just find a way to make a smooth transition if they really have to...
