Service was not good! I booked a room on Expedia and the reservation was not sent to the hotel. I was on the road all day with my kids and when it came time to check in I had to wait 2hrs for Expedia...

NOT what I asked for
I was filtering for first class seats and I got a coach leg to my trip. When I contacted Expedia, they blamed the airline, and when I contacted the airline, they blamed Expedia. Nobody was any help.
