I have emailed & messaged many times still have not received claim form

I am so sorry to hear you have not received your claim form. Please can you contact us and provide your policy number so we can rectify this straight away for you.
I cannot get on to the portal as the email thread you keep sending does not allow to click where it says the email as loads of info missing so I’m still not able to access it Iv now given up ?
