Good, except for inconsistency between quote and charge on booking.
It was fairly user friendly and smooth. I would have given a higher rating if it were not for the blip in the system whereby having chosen a quote I was then told the price was different, up by 25%,...

Easy to book but watch out for payment terms and cancellation policies
Easy to book. Misunderstood that full charge for whole stay taken at time of booking. Wasn't clear.

Extra for bag.
Had to pay TAP an extra £30 for taking one bag in hold. I feel that the extra could have been made clearer.

when i buy your website never says there is an Admin fee of 10 GBP only after i buy you suddenly charge, upon contacting your CS says that, oh sorry it's admin fee?
