The app was terrible. Every hotel I clicked on, when I chose the room rate and went to pay the screen went white, it then went back to the list of rooms. I couldn't find any hotel that would allow me...

I have done a price match with ebookers and they did everything to make sure I will not qualify. Same room, hotel, period. They invoked petty terminology.
