the online loan process is not as easy to use as you may think and always easier to call and have someone help you thru the process, we had a very nice fella help us the process and get us approved ....

They are always really helpful and friendly when I talk to easyfinancial. This is my 2nd top up, and even my initial loan was easy and the people were really friendly.
