Thank you for your feedback Alex. We're very sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with our booking service. I have looked into our Feefo review process to ensure clients can freely leave feedback and can see from the system that a review link was emailed to yourself on the 12th January, prior to the training course taking place. As you were unable to locate this, your request for a new link was actioned on the same day which I feel is an acceptable timeframe. The 1 day PASMA Tower Course requires delegates to successfully pass the theory element of training in order to proceed to the practical section of building a tower. Unfortunately in this instance the delegate did not pass the test paper and was therefore unable to complete the full course. A discounted re-book was offered with additional assistance for the delegate. I understand your frustration but hope you can appreciate the training centre have to follow the strict PASMA guidelines in order to maintain their accreditation.
