Rather sexist.
Fairly straightforward but I am furious that they default to the male as the lead when I filled in my own details as the person taking out the insurance!

Hi there,
Normally the lead name is the name of the person whose details are entered first when filling out the online application.
We've had a look at the policy in the system and your fiance's details appear to have been entered first, therefore correspondence will be addressed to him.
We can change the lead name so that your details appear first. If you would like to do this, please contact our Customer Services team (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm) on 01483 562 662.
