We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been to have your holiday cancelled, particularly at such short notice. While our booking terms do state that departures may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met, we recognise that this does not lessen the inconvenience or frustration caused when a holiday is cancelled. It is disappointing to learn that you felt unsupported during the process as this is not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we're sorry that your interactions with our team left you feeling that your concerns were not taken seriously. We appreciate you highlighting the issues around alternative availability and pricing, as well as the feedback process. When a tour is cancelled and we offer an alternative we are not always able to price match what guests have chosen due to our price promise which our valued customers have come to appreciate. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review so we can assess how we communicate cancellations and improve the support we provide to affected customers as cancellations by us are not a regular occurrence.
