From looking at our records, I can see Tracey called to introduce herself to you when you started your studies and encouraged you to book a place on an induction. As explained in your welcome email, you can attend a group induction or schedule a one-to-one at a convenient time. You did book a group place; however, you have not yet attended a session. Induction is key to starting your studies successfully. After induction, you are provided with your tutor's direct contact details to be utilised for academic queries relating to your unit of study. All learners can call our team Monday to Friday on 0800 012 6770, and you have also been provided with calendar links for Tracey, Ashley (Your Course Advisor) and the induction sessions for you to utilise at any time if you prefer to schedule a call. We pride ourselves on being available and accessible when learners would like to speak to us. Please do call as we would be very keen to understand your concerns relating to our team being unavailable, and ensure you have saved the information you need to progress through your course.
