Great communication great price and a great porduct from the flights to the transfers to the hotel accommodation everything worked as promised. Cannot wait to use them again.

Thank you for your review however this is not entirely accurate. You chose the arrangements yourself when booking online and we regret if you selected the ones you did not want, however, it is a fact that to amend to a higher room category and board basis there is a greater cost of £928. Whereas we sympathise, you would be required to pay the appropriate costs for the altered and improved arrangements and we do not feel that this is reflective of dreadful service on our part. You are of course entitled to source a cheaper offer, we do try to provide the most competitive prices we can but have no control of cost from our suppliers versus other market promotions.
