Hi Marti, I apologise for the slower than normal delivery on your order - it looks it was a delay the couriers side as this was dispatched immediately from our side.
Regarding your other order - the Tokyo Marui M4A1 MWS ZET Magazines are still not available from the factory in Japan - we have to wait for the next production cycle (hence why they were on pre order). Please contact support@defconairsoft.co.uk if you wish to cancel this order, that is not a problem and we apologise for the length of time these have been unavailable from the manufacturer!

I apologise for the time this has taken but I believe your order was delayed as you hadn't provided a valid UKARA defence in the checkout which we chased you up about and then once we got that it was the bank holiday weekend which looks to have delayed the shipment. Hi Sam, I am sorry to hear of your issue. I have checked on our ZenDesk support system and can only find 1 message off you which we replied to the same day at lunchtime.
I believe the item was originally misplaced by the courier and we resent it for free and issued a full refund on the order to compensate you for the delay.
I have just checked and the refund was still pending on the system for some reason (we recently had a new CMS and there have been a few bugs). This refund has just been forced through manually and should hopefully be with you shortly.
If there are any other issues please do not hesitate to contact us on support@defconairsoft.co.uy and we will be happy to get it sorted for you :)

Thank yoy for sorting this out, I did actually send more than one email and one wasn't repsoneded to from the 4th so I send another email on the 7th or 8th as I hadn't heard anything again. Thank you for the refund though

I think they should change there carrier as they lost 2 of order of mine so it took nearly 4 weeks to get my order .
Then the order was incomplete, speed loader missing .

Hi John, please accept my apologies for the trouble you have had. You will be glad to know we have actually changed our courier now as yours was not the only delivery issue we had with them recently.
Can I please ask if you have recieved the speedloader now? I have just looked at your original support ticket but see no mention of the missing speedloader.

That’s great you have changed carrier👍, I will try another order an see how it goes.
As for the speed loader it was in original order which I never received twice, so when the order did arrive on the third try it was not there , so no I have not received it but in fairness to you l did not complain as the order took so long .
