Unfortunately customs delays can be encountered on our international deliveries and this is something that we have no control over. I'm afraid that we're currently unable to provide a direct replacement as our next delivery on this particular mouthpiece isn't due until mid-August however I would be happy to provide a replacement of a different model or tip opening?
