thanks for your recent purchase. We're sorry that it doesn't fit in your sax case, of course this can be a problem sometimes due to the many types and styles of different cases out there, however we do sell hundreds of these and it very rarely comes up as an issue. Interestingly it seems to be an issue with some of the Yamaha cases, is that what you have? We've adjusted our text description to warn people that due to case variations etc it may not fit some styles (that change will show in 24-48hrs).
