First class service
The staff in wigton branch are always very friendly and professional. They are always willing to help. My only criticism is with the charges levied for overseas transactions and this is the building...

I'm sorry that you are unhappy about our charges for transferring money overseas, however our charges not only reflect those that are passed on to us by our bankers for providing this service, but are also competitive when compared to similar charges levied by other banks and building societies for for providing these types of services.

From the counter staff to accessing the internet bank brilliant. Even better the current account card that you do not have to pay any charges when withdrawing money overseas!! SUPERB
