I was the victim of a bag grab in Vietnam.
My claim was processed which was great, but it took a long time and I had to submit information more than once.

Why would you bother with travel insurance??
Not much to tell - we've booked to go to Japan in May and have already been told by Covermore that should we cancel because of the coronavirus concerns - we're not covered.
