Reasonable but not perfect

the service was fine, however I was looking for an insurance on my boat to cover for it only being in storage, but none of them asked that question

Helpfulness of Staff for Boat Insurance.

Staff made everything clear and were easy to understand. When I asked a question, they checked the answer with underwriter to make sure info they supplied was accurate.
