Ordered an item on their website, paying by credit card. Days and weeks past before they told me that the item wasn’t available. At least they were apologetic

Days later still nothing delivered. I’m worrying if this is just a scam website.
Service was fine and had I not wanted this card in particular would never pay the amount for postage nearly as much as the card which is ridiculous when it’s shipping to a uk address
Still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times to query. Still had no response. The website did not confirm any delays due to Covid at the time of ordering. It now says the product can...
