Poor refund policy. I ordered 4 towels and returned 2 towels via the collect+ service that they have. This return was easy to do. However I'm yet to receive a refund after the stated refund date....
I bought two bath sheets, which were of the very fine quality I associate with Christy. They were delivered promptly and in good condition. I bought these when they were on special offer.
