I do think that delivery charge is high.
Could not acquire cap for chimney from the well known builders merchants and found one straight away on Chimney Cowls. Prompt delivery and personal emails.
I placed the order late on the wed evening and phoned the company next morning. I was told I would have the package the following day and it was delivered at 9.10 am. Excellent.
