Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we have always had to follow the rules set out by SSIP when processing a Deem to Satisfy using an OHSAS body. Recently these have changed & we now go by your certificate date but can only give 1 year from the date of your audit. Below is a link to the SSIP website explaining the new process in more detail. But with this change as long as you always have an active certificate you will always be able to remain CHAS accredited. http://ssip.org.uk/deem-satisfy-certificate-application-process-holders-ohsas-18001/

Firstly thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I can confirm after speaking with yourself on the phone I have raised this issue with our management team. We do what is called a welcome call which is for contractors who have paid but no submitted to make them aware of this. But this is meant to be a courtesy call and meant to make the process smoother and simpler. I have raised the issue though of what specifically happened to you for it to be investigated and apologise again for the distress caused.
