Thank you for your review.We do advertise all charges i.e for assembly , VAT and delivery throughout the order process and before you complete at the checkout. I will look into making this clearer but this is the first time this has been pointed out. With reference to the chair it is a 24 hour chair and will soften with use. It does not have a headrest and a different style of chair would need to be ordered it a headrest was required.I am pleased that you found the delivery to be prompt. Jamie Welch
