The information we shared at the time was based on what was relayed to us directly by the delivery depot, which advised that the driver had experienced a blowout on the lorry and was unsure when deliveries would be able to continue that day. This led to the delivery being rearranged for the following morning. Following your request for an earlier delivery, we worked with the depot to prioritise your order, and we can confirm that it was delivered within the agreed pre-10am window. That said, we recognise that the coordination and communication around the delivery did not meet the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for this. We’re very pleased to hear your positive comments about the driver and will be sure to pass this on.
