Dear Sir, we apologise sincerely for the delay experienced with parts of your order following a shipment twice being held up between port and our warehouse. I agree that the situation was extremely frustrating and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience incurred but would assure you that we did contact you as soon as we were made aware of the delays and did everything in our power to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.   

We apologise sincerely that the original delivery did not arrive on the scheduled day. The vast majority of our deliveries are on time and are supported by accurate tracking. We also offer a variety of delivery services to cater for varying requirements. On this occasion I understand that TNT attempted, on multiple occasions, to deliver without success and that we did eventually deliver on our own transport. We of course look to learn from your review and will feedback to our sales team and courier.
