It was an excellent service came when said it was and very prompt in coming to retune it to you , I was so impressed with you timing to come and collect , I would certainly use your company again
Disappointed slightly as not all my order was intact and replacement did not arrive in time for a party but what I did receive was good.

Think packaging could have been better as so many breakages resulting in not getting replacement in time for party. Wine glasses (pack of 10) were not packaged at all and were rolling around the box individually. One pack was in a sleeve.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback. I have expressed your concerns to the warehouse department who are constantly looking to improve their packing options and will endeavour to improve the quality in which goods are dispatched.
I would also like to apologise again for not being able to get the replacement glasses to you in time for your event but I hope it all went well nonetheless.
Kind Regards,
Keith Murray
