We also have a PDF copy available on our website, and if you ever need it sent directly, you’re more than welcome to contact us and we can forward it over to you. In addition, we have two installation videos available — one specifically for the clothes airers and one for the winch. In both videos, the positioning of the pulley wheels is explained, including where they should sit in relation to each other. I’m not sure if that part may have been missed, or if you’re referring to something slightly different, but if you’d like to clarify what you mean, we’d be very happy to help further. If you ever need any guidance during installation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always happy to talk things through.
