Thank you for your feedback! If set up correctly, your wooden laths should not fall out from your airer ends. However, from time to time, they may slightly slide out of place. This can happen if the wooden laths are not able to protrude from the cast iron ends by our recommended minimum of 10cm. Since not everyone requires the grippers, we don’t include them as standard to avoid unnecessary wastage and to be mindful of the environment. We want to ensure we only provide what's needed, reducing excess materials and promoting sustainability. But we’re glad they worked well for you!
