Good quality product. However when the order was placed I requested notification before delivery to allow someone to be at the premises. Unfortunately this didn't happen.

The service is first class and prompt. The help and advice page was very good as I had a query which was answered quickly showing me the ideal item I needed to suit the job. Paying by invoice is...
The items were delivered on time. I however see some areas where the installation fail occasionally, such as when installed on upvc windows. They are better on doors.
