Many thanks for your review and comments - As you have a 12L model this should very comfortably be able to dry laundry overnight. The tank appears to be filling and so the machine looks to be functioning correclty. What could be the issue is that the room may already has a lot of residual moisture which may need to be reduced first. We would suggest running the machine on full for about 48 hours and then see if the laundry drying improves . If the tank keeps filling it means there is plenty of moisture oin the room. Please also check that all windows or access to the outside is closed .We will phone to see if we can help further
