This review has just brought our attention to the fact you have not received your order after 14 daya . This is an unacceptable transit time from our courier and we have taken it up with GLS to explain the delay apparently the shipment was mis-directed to Romania . It is now back on track in Germany and re-routing to Norway . We will be monitoring from now on but if the time is critical we may have to send another parcel .

Sorry to hear you are dissapointed that there was no HRU in the unit but do please note, the description on our website does clearly states the HRU is not included. ( See excerptbelow. ) It is also described as a Case and not a Conversion Kit .
" Suits: McMurdo G5 EPIRB, McMurdo E5 EPIRB
Note : HRU Replacement Kit is not included (Part # 80156 ) ( 82-962-001A )"
We obviusly dont want unhappy customers, so we would like to see if we can help where we can or alternatively,of course, you may return the unit for a full refund .

I had not noticed that the HRU was not included because of the price, which is very high for an empty container. I would also like to know the price for the HRU. The epirb I bought is the McMurdo Smartfind G8 serial 701-017105. In the same time I will revise the review.
