Poor customer care!
Newer released games can be a pain to get hold of however that is to be expected with some popular titles.
My main issue with this site is the customer care. I couldn't remember my username and there...

I'm sorry to hear of your issues that you hadregarding your Username information. I've sent you a personal email in relationto this to discuss your concerns.
We do stock all of our titles to demand and as you've correctly stated popular new release titles can sometimes have a longer wait. This is why we offer the wait time indicators to aid customers in planning their rental list and reward payback points for days waiting for a despatch. We do also monitor wait timeson titles daily and always aim to decrease these with additional stock.

Amazing service.
Boomerang is great. Being able to pay £10 a month, or even less for as many games as I want is great. They were always quick to despatch and the website is easy to use with a huge selection of games...

Ive used boomerang for a long time now and have no reservations on recommending it to anyone. They have a great selection of games but my only bug bare is i have to wait so long for the game i want...
