Great value and service with few niggles
Website isn’t the most reliable. Often have to wait quite a while for new games to become available but their customer service is always swift and reliable through email.

We test and clean each game when it is returned to us before it is sent back out so I'm sorry to hear your game is not working.

I'm sorry to hear you have experienced a postal delay. We will always look to help in any way we can should a game be delayed in transit.
There are some reports of delays in some areas of the country caused by the current situation and this may have had an effect on the delivery of the game.
If you haven't already, please contact our customer support team via phone, email, live chat or social media channels so we can get this resolved for you. It is very rare for games to be delayed or lost in the post and I'm confident it will get to you but in the instance of a lost game we will be happy to help.

Hi Nik,
This still hasn't been resolved and I have been in contact with yourselves directly several time.
Your team added 400 bonus points at the 10 day mark but still haven't updated the service to either say I don't have the game or send out a new copy.

It's been 22 days. I have now been waiting over a day for them to email a missing game form by email (I chased up customer services again).
The missing game still hasn't been received or removed from my rental list.

Fantasticgame rental service, the only one out there!
The one and only. The best! Fantastic service. Only con is sometimes you can't get the game you want, there is a 3 day wait even though i pay for priority.

1st issue - My account was debited for 7.99 even though my account's not LIVE yet, I'm still in the free trial period. Still waiting for customer services to sort out.

Hi Edwin,
I'm sorry to hear you have not had a great start to your subscription with us.
The transaction you are referring to is an authorisation of your card, a standard procedure that is designed to confirm that the details you have supplied are correct. No funds ever leave your account but will show as a pending transaction to Boomerang and will remain held by your bank for a number of days, though some banks can take longer, they will not leave your account and are automatically returned by your bank.
We will not process a payment until the account is set live at the end of the free trial. If you are still awaiting the funds to return to your balance please get in touch as we can provide details you can show to your bank to speed up the process.
We have added a further 10 days to your free trial for the postal delays you have experienced. We usually expect games to arrive within 1-3 days though unfortunately we are seeing reports of deliveries taking longer than we would usually anticipate during these unprecedented times.

With regards to the transaction, this has still not been reversed. Please can you confirm that when my account changes to LIVE that I will not be debited again with £7.99?

I can confirm that the pre-authorisation funds if not returned by your bank will be the same funds used to set the account live and we will not process another payment until your next billing date.
