We send out all policy documents as soon as the policy is taken out, however in this case it appears that we were unsuccessful in doing so. We will investigate what happened and put a copy of your policy in the first class post so you should receive it shortly. We will also resend the documents to your email address. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
