Extremely helpful lady on the telephone but would much prefer to just renew my policy on line. Then get documents on line so I can print them out if I so wish.
Everything was dealt with by my husband on my behalf, but he says he was dealt with in a very efficient way, his answers were answered in full. Your staff were very friendly.
