The service whilst there in your rooms is really good, explanations, teaching ad etc.
However, the follow-up is virtually non-existent

We are sorry you did not feel the consultation was what you were hoping for and somewhat rushed; we take the service we offer to our clients very seriously.
The policy surrounding the payment requirement in order to trial the devices was in place 5 years ago when you first came to us; the agreement being that a refund can be arranged if you are not satisfied with the devices after the trial. We would be pleased to assist you in the future should you choose to return to us.
Excellent service and advice and professional service. I was assessed and given hearing devices that really suited my needs. Sally was so helpful and easy to deal with. I did have a problem with one...
