Service was excellent. I've only had the hearing aids a short time but I'm very happy with them. The staff at Toowong office, both Ryan and Jenna were very informed and enthusiastic about helping me.

Great communication from the moment I made contact. Help throughout the process of setting my aged dad up then sent easy to use product direct to the nursing home and voila dad can hear again.

Extremely friendly, competent and did extensive testing to identify hearing aid needs - not just a gloss over and send you out the door with a hearing aid

Excellent pre and post sale service.
Far superior to all other companies I discussed purchasing hearing aids within so far as cost and service is concerned.
