Hello, Many thanks for your feedback and order. Apologies for what I can understand is a frustrating situation. Unfortunately, since Brexit we have found that our orders to the EU have increased in their duration in customs as well as costs unfortunately incurred by our customers. We use an external courier company called UPS who are a global company. Looking at tracking, our warehouse despatched your order on the 7th July (two working days after your order on Sun 5th). The delivery left the UK on the 8th and entered France that same day. I can see it reached Italy on the 10th and then was held at customs. Unfortunately EU member states have different VAT import taxes from the UK which are incurred by the customer and this can add extra delays. Looking at tracking, it says your order was delivery on Thursday 16th July. Please let us know if this was not the case. We appreciate that our carriage internationally can at times seem expensive. We are always transparent with our costs and all carriage charged is only to cover the charge we incur from UPS. If emailed, we will always chase UPS for any updates on tracking. UPS are generally very helpful when there are any issues, but there are occasions where updates are trickier due to individual customs. We hope you enjoy the team and thanks again for your feedback, we're always reviewing our procedures and services. Kind Regards, Birchall Customer services team/
