Hi Lynn, Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to review your experience with Bamboo Travel. We aim to provide the best service possible to all our clients and we are so appreciative that you have recognised this effort. Of course, it is far from ideal having had cancel two holidays because of the pandemic and we must thank you too for being such understanding clients. We are seeing many more destinations re-opening over the next few months so we are optimistic that a trip to the Maldives, Southeast Asia or anywhere else you wish is very much on the cards for you in 2022! In the meantime, best wishes from all the team at Bamboo Travel

Thank you so much for your review of Bamboo Travel, your kind words and willingness to postpone your holiday rather than cancel are very much appreciated. We are optimistic that restrictions will start to be lifted soon and travel will rebound strongly later this year and in 2022 - we know how desperate so many of our clients are to start exploring Asia again! Best wishes from all the team

Thank you so much for your great review of Bamboo Travel. We are sorry that the pandemic stopped you visiting Vietnam and Cambodia in 2020 but we are seeing positive steps being taken towards a reopening later in 2021, so hopefuly you can visit these wonderful countries before too long! In the meantime best wishes from all the team and thanks again.

Thank you for the great review of Bamboo Travel. Your repeat custom is hugely appreciated, as is your support during this pesky pandemic. We hope that travel to Southeast Asia will start to open up again in the coming months and you can finally enjoy your adventure in Laos later this year. Best wishes from all the team

Hi Beckie, thank you so much for leaving a review of your experience with Bamboo Travel so far, your kind words mean a huge amount to us. Whilst it is a frustrating situation us travellers currently find ourselves in, we are very optimistic that things will reopen again well in advance of your trip in 2022 and we can reassure you that Sri Lanka is worth the wait! Best wishes from all the team

Hi Clare, thank you for your lovely review of Bamboo Travel and for booking your holiday to Oman with us. We hugely appreciate you coming back to us after successful trips to Vietnam, Cambodia and Sri Lanka in the last few years. Their vaccination programme is under way and we're optimistic that Oman will open again in the Autumn in time for your visit. But of course, we'll keep you up-to-date with the situation as it develops. Best wishes to you from all the team!
