Hi,
I am sorry to read your recent feedback with regards to your purchase. With regards to your replacement pushchair clips, we were aware of your emails and telephone calls, however at the time we were waiting for spares to arrive from our factory in which to immediately despatch as soon as they arrived. For your information, your replacement straps were sent Thursday last week and hopefully they should be with you now. I sincerely apologise if the communication was not as expected and I have liaised with our service team in which to improve in the future.

The customer service is excellent. Would totally recommend.
The Float bouncer is a lovely expensive looking item which is not too bulky and well made. Absolutely love the colours.
