Kay, I can’t stress how important it is to older people (actually Old!) to be met with a reasonable, considerate response. My claim was storm damage and I was really shaken, not just by the event itself, but by the thought of having to make a claim. I assumed that I would be grilled and interrogated . While the broker and the people at Axa were rigorous in their request for information and evidence, at no time did I feel that the insurers were trying to avoid liability. So please pass on my thanks to Hiwdens and the team at Axa. I think you can give Saga a run for their money!!😁
