Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry the tour did not meet your expectations. I agree with you that our ghost tour is not comparable with other ghost tours operated especially in northern countries , like for instance Britain or Scotland , or in some USA cities , on the other side  the context ( city ) and its history is quite different and offers less traditional " ghostly scenarios " than  we can find in other countries -

This said , we feature quite a few ghost stories peppered with legends and with some historical information  as well -

Anyhow bottom line is that you did not enjoy the tour and therefore please get in touch with Avventure Bellissime via email at info@tours-italy.com and we will give you a compensation for your negative experience  -
